Schwab Charitable is constantly developing new tools to help their team members be more productive and efficient. Team members assessing risky alternative investments needed a robust software solution to help them collect data and assess risk. I was the UX lead conducting design workshops with team members, summarizing findings, and developing/managing design efforts.
