Moody’s Analytics offers unique applications for financial risk management organizations. Moody's developed a Loan Origination application that helps commercial banks determine risk in providing loans. I led all user experience design efforts in developing this application. Our team researched and summarized industry data. We interviewed clients to deeply understand user needs and wants. We established design principles with our tech development team. UX outputs included personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and a visual design system. In 16 weeks (8 iterations) of development our team launched a beta version of the application. Our main client tested and provided feedback for our team to make improvements for a quick launch of the application 6 weeks after the beta release.
